This tour through the center of the ranch, founded more than 100 years ago, is a true journey through time.
We start with the presentation of the map of the province and a historical introduction to the cattle activity in Patagonia. Aft er that, we walk through diff erent areas of the ranch, such as the orchard and the greenhouse, where we can try some of their products to fi nally visit the manor house and the shearing shed if the season allows it. Finally, in this last building, the most emblematic of all ranch work, we will learn the details of the shearing ritual and wool processing.”
